CARBONLESS PAPER — RANGE AND USES
Carbonless paper (or NCR, "no carbon required") transfers the writing from one sheet to the next by simple pressure, without any carbon paper. Prodiconseil, a French paper merchant since 1991, keeps the three sheets that make up a set in stock, ready to collate.
CB (the top sheet that receives the writing), CFB (the middle sheets) and CF (the bottom sheet). Collated, they form the purchase order, invoice, delivery note or pad. We also offer series suited to digital printing, in reams as well as reels — with volumes available immediately, without waiting for a mill production run.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What do CB, CFB and CF mean?
These are the three sheet types in a carbonless set. CB (Coated Back) is the top sheet, coated on the back. CFB (Coated Front and Back) are the middle sheets, coated on both sides. CF (Coated Front) is the bottom sheet, coated on the front. Stacked CB + (CFB…) + CF they form a 2-, 3-, 4-part set or more.
Does carbonless paper work without carbon paper?
Yes, that is the whole point: the pressure of a pen or printer is enough to transfer the writing from one sheet to the next, thanks to the micro-capsules in the coating. No interleaved carbon needed.
Can carbonless paper be printed digitally?
Yes, there are carbonless series designed for digital and laser printing in addition to traditional offset. Tell us your printing method and we point you to the right series.
Do you sell it in reams or reels?
Both: in reams of sheets ready to collate into sets, and in reels for continuous converting. Tell us the number of parts per set and your volumes.
